Eddie Lewis
Co-Owner + Master Stylist
Eddie’s focused aim of bringing out your best beauty is informed by 30 years of industry experience. In an ever-changing world of style, his love for and commitment to ongoing education keeps him on the forefront of the business. Eddie lists all-over color, dimensional hi and low lights, gray solutions, and cuts among his current strengths, and says he’s happiest when the finished look has his clients feeling gorgeous. His wife and kids are the center of his life, and he enjoys playing pickle ball and walking his Corgi, Olive, in his free time.
Rachel Buschmann
Co-Owner + Master Stylist
Rachel’s 16 years of styling the people of Richmond speaks to her passion for providing the very best care to her clients. Driven by creativity and the joy of building new friendships, Rachel pursues certifications and continuous learning to stay current with the latest styles and techniques. Current favorites are blonding color services, razor cutting, short styles, and hair extensions. Her time away from work is spent in the company of her husband, her son, and her little French bulldog, Betty.
Debbie Foster
Master Stylist
Debbie is a Virginia native who recently relocated to Short Pump from the Chicago suburbs. She's excited to get back to her craft while serving and building relationships in her new community. With over 16 years of color and styling experience, Debbie is trained and certified in multiple color systems and techniques. She enjoys using this knowledge to advise and create exactly what her clients envision. A few of her current focuses include blonding and balayage, men's cuts, and Kacey Welch Method™ extensions. When not at her chair, she spends time with her husband, three daughters, and their rescue pup, Lucky.
Sarah Clock
Master Stylist
Sarah has spent the majority of her 19-year hair career in Richmond. She’s obsessed with all things hair color, including color corrections, dimensional color, grey coverage, and balayage. She also loves razor cutting, haircut trends, and the perfect curtain fringe. Outside of the salon, Sarah can be found cooking and baking, feeding people, and traveling. She stays busy with her husband, daughter, two sons, two cats, and a sweet rescue pup.
Jennifer Winn
Master Stylist
As a stylist for over 12 years, I have seen many trends come and go. I love to help you stay current and make sure you always look your best. I am a busy mom of a toddler and I know how important it is to make time for yourself while having an easy morning routine. During your visit, I will talk to you about your time commitment and budget to customize a style just for you with a clear plan to maintain your style. I love to make each visit feel special and spa-like for you. Every visit you will be treated to a scalp massage, hot towel, and hand massage. If you prefer a more quiet appointment to de-stress, just let me know. No judgment here! If you are ready to block out a little quality time for yourself, let us know if you’d like to reserve your time.
Gigi Valerio
Apprentice
Gigi assists Rachel and Eddie as a full-time apprentice. Her cosmetology studies at the Chesterfield Tech Center provide a foundation for the future career she is actively building at Salon Blue. Gigi is manifesting long-held goals of developing technical expertise, growing a quality clientele, and learning from true experts in the business while providing an essential hand in delivering your best experience.
